Information we collect

Depending on how you use SairoWeb, we may process:

• Your name, email address, profile picture, and account identifier.
• A securely hashed password when you register using email and password.
• Videos, business details, written content, contact information, and other details you submit to generate a template.
• Generated image frames, template configuration, previews, processing status, and project records.
• Generation history connected to your account or guest browser session.
• A cookie-based guest identifier used to support limited guest generation.
• Technical and security information such as request timestamps, browser information, IP addresses in security logs, and error information.
• Your email address and message when you contact support.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure user accounts.
• Accept uploads and process videos into image frames.
• Populate templates with the content you provide.
• Generate website previews and prepare React source downloads.
• Maintain generation status and history.
• Apply guest or account usage limits and prevent misuse.
• Diagnose errors, operate the service, and improve reliability.
• Respond to support and deletion requests.

Uploaded content, generated media, and previews

Videos and submitted website details are processed to generate image frames, previews, and downloadable React templates. Do not upload confidential information or material you do not have permission to use.

A generated preview or media file delivered through a public or shareable URL may be accessible to anyone who has that URL. Keep preview links private when they contain information you do not want others to see.

Storage and retention

SairoWeb stores uploaded videos, generated image frames, submitted website details, and project records so it can process templates, provide previews, and prepare React source downloads.

Downloading source code does not automatically delete stored project information.

Records and files may remain until they are manually deleted. To request deletion, email laksameera5@gmail.com and include the relevant project identifier. We may need to verify that you own or control the project.

Cookies and browser storage

SairoWeb uses essential cookies to maintain authenticated sessions, refresh sessions securely, protect accounts, and recognize a guest browser for generation limits.

The website may also use local or session storage to keep account state, pending verification information, and local website-library records.

Clearing cookies or browser storage can sign you out or remove local records. It does not automatically delete information stored by the service.

Service providers

SairoWeb may use third-party providers for Google authentication, cloud hosting, databases, object and media storage, email delivery, security, and infrastructure.

These providers process information as needed to deliver their services to SairoWeb and under their applicable privacy commitments.

Downloaded copies

React projects you download are stored wherever you choose to save them. SairoWeb does not control copies after download.

Deleting server-side project data does not delete your downloaded copies. If a downloaded project references remotely stored assets, removing those assets may affect the downloaded project.

Analytics and technical logs

SairoWeb does not currently use audience analytics tools. Technical information may still be processed in server, security, rate-limit, and error logs to operate, maintain, and protect the service.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no online transmission or storage system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. You may also stop using Google Sign-In and use another available authentication method.

Children

SairoWeb is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the processing of personal information. If you believe a child supplied personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so the request can be reviewed.
