Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using SairoWeb, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the SairoWeb Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

SairoWeb allows users to upload a video, provide business or website content, generate a scroll-driven visual-story preview, and download a React starter project for further development.

SairoWeb provides a development starting point. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not provide final website deployment, domain registration, hosting for your completed website, payment processing, ecommerce operations, or ongoing website maintenance.

Guest access and usage limits

SairoWeb may permit limited generation without registration. Guest access can be controlled using cookies or similar browser identifiers and may be subject to daily or other usage limits.

You must not evade limits by manipulating cookies, creating automated requests, or using other methods intended to bypass restrictions.

Your videos and submitted content

You retain the rights you already hold in content you submit.

You grant SairoWeb permission to host, store, copy, process, convert, resize, extract frames from, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, generate previews, prepare downloads, secure the platform, and provide support.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own your submitted content or have all permissions required to use it.

Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

Generated templates and downloaded projects

Generated templates are starter projects and may require editing, testing, configuration, accessibility review, security review, and integration work before production use.

You are responsible for reviewing the content, code, layout, links, media, and behavior of a generated project before publishing or distributing it.

Downloaded projects may contain open-source packages, fonts, or other third-party materials governed by their own licenses. You are responsible for following applicable third-party license terms.

Previews and shared links

A preview or asset made available through a public or shareable URL may be viewed by anyone who has that URL.

Do not include secrets, private credentials, confidential customer information, or other sensitive material in content intended for preview or sharing.

AI-assisted features

SairoWeb may offer AI-assisted features for drafting or organizing website content.

AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review and edit AI-assisted output before relying on or publishing it.

AI output is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use SairoWeb for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Upload malware, corrupted files, or code intended to interfere with the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, projects, storage, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where applicable law permits it.
• Bypass usage limits, authentication controls, rate limits, or security mechanisms.
• Use another person’s identity, content, trademarks, or intellectual property without permission.
• Use generated output to mislead others about its source, ownership, or capabilities.

SairoWeb intellectual property

The SairoWeb name, branding, website interface, service software, and original materials supplied by SairoWeb are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of SairoWeb’s platform or branding to you.

Third-party services

SairoWeb relies on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, hosting, databases, object storage, email delivery, and software packages.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and may experience outages or changes outside SairoWeb’s control.

Service changes and availability

Features, limits, supported file types, templates, and availability may change.

SairoWeb does not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent, or error-free service. Processing may fail because of invalid files, technical problems, maintenance, third-party outages, or capacity limits.

Keep your own copies of source videos and downloaded projects.

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect SairoWeb or others, respond to legal requirements, investigate misuse, prevent security threats, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using SairoWeb at any time and may request account or project deletion using the contact information below.

Disclaimers

SairoWeb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

No guarantee is made that a generated template will meet every requirement, work in every environment, be free of errors, or be suitable for a particular commercial purpose.

You are responsible for testing and securing your final website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SairoWeb and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, loss of content, lost revenue, or reliance on a generated template.

Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when SairoWeb’s service or legal obligations change.

The revised Terms and updated date will be published on this page. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
